During these crazy days of Summer, Millennium Park has been bustling with activity- music of all types and styules to help heat up or cool off the music lovers of Chicago. To start off the month of August, back for its third season, the popular Dusk Variations series in the park will kick off with the classical fusion Turtle Island Quartet. This will take place on Monday, August 1st at 6:30 p.m. ( so all of you who couldn’t get into Wrigley for McCartney , will have a wonderful concert of your own at The Jay Pritzker Pavilion ( at the far North section of the park/at Randolph). This FREE concert which features the music of Jimi Hendrix and TIQ founder David Balakirishanan.
