Get ready! “Glee” the American musical comedy series that has thrilled television audiences on Fox since 2009 is on the road and the Allstate Arena in Rosemont is on the schedule for June. For those of you unfamilar with this award winning show, it is about a high school glee club called “New Directions” and the school is in Lima Ohio. The cast has done recordings and this is their second road trip ( the first being very successful).
The fans adore the performers and their music- the tour has sold out the many special tickets-VIP’s with different programsincluding pre-parties, meet and greets, p[arking etc. These are the very first to go. But there are some tickets left at the Arena located in Rosemont at 6920 N. Mannheim Road. The phone number is 847-635-6601 and the box offce is open daily. Tickets are also available at Ticketmaster from $65 and UP, and I would imagine that every ticket broker in town has some available at various prices ( as all concerts of this type tend to get big bucks). Meanwhile, if you hurry, you might just be able to get in on what is still available.
The performances are June 3rd ( Friday night) at 8 p.m., Saturday,June 4th at 3 and 8 p.m.
