“Funny Old Broads” RETURNS

funny old broads“Old Jews Telling Jokes” may have left Chicago, but we still have the “Funny Old Broads”- four very funny comics that will delight your funny bone with their antics and jokes as well as a few songs. For the Summer  (can you believe it is Summer already?), they will make their home at The Skokie Theatre ( if you have not been to this refurbished treasure, you need to make the trip) located at 7924 Lincoln Avenue (just south of Oakton/Downtown Skokie), every THURSDAY thru August 14th starting July10th at 7:30 p.m..

The cost is a mere $25 (about what you might pay for a downtown show’s parking) and here you get FREE Parking. The seats are cushy for your tushy and sight lines are amazing. You can get a glass of wine in the lobby that you can take into the auditorium with you, so while the “Funny Old Broads” are making your Kishkes hurt from laughter, you can at least wash it down!

If you have never seen these ladies, now is the perfect time. Let’s face it, what else might you do on a Thursday night? Here you can enjoy a live show, have some fun and still get home in time to see the news (unless you get lucky).

To place your order for tickets, call the Skokie Theatre at 847-677-7761 or visit www.skokietheatre.com and ENOY!
