Get ready for a new LIVE show for the family- “Madagascar Live” written by Kevin Del Auila withe the music by Joel Someillan and George Noriega ( composers of “Dora the Explorer” and “Go,Diego,Go” television shows and the “Go, Diego,Go” live stage show. In fact, the entire production team are well known and respected in the world of Musical Theater as well as children’s shows. Director Gip Hoppe ( who also did “Dora The Explorer,LIVE” is at the helm, so we can be sure this will be a production that the entire family will enjoy.
90 minutes of pure pleasure that will transport the audience from the Central Park Zoo to the wild of Madagascar with all the original characters from the Dream Works animated feature film. This show will feature a brilliant set, bright costumes and some creative puppetry- lots of music and of course everyone’s favorite “Move it,Move “.
When does this show arrive? March 16th at the beautiful Rosemonth Theatre. The show is here on a limited schedule ( as it is heading to 70 cities) from the 16th thru the 20th with performances on Wednesday night ( opening) at 7 p.m., Thursday and Friday at 7 p.m., Saturday and Sunday at 11 a.m.,2 p.m. and 5 p.m.
